The Soaring Eagle Leadership Award is presented to a business owner or senior executive leader (your organization’s president, CEO, or senior executive in B.C.) who demonstrates exemplary and inspiring leadership that includes commitment to health and safety. For centuries, people have seen eagles as a symbol of courage, honour, pride, determination, and grace. While leaders face many challenges , how they tackle those challenges and support their teams define their leadership.
