Presenters: Monica Kyveris and Mark Winter
Monica Kyveris is the Executive V.P. of EARA Technologies Inc, a software development company with a proprietary software called Xilo serving the Ability Management and Health and Safety space. Monica brings over 20 years of experience building, developing and leading teams through expansion, mergers and acquisition and operations. Her passion is to educate organizations on the importance of changing Safety culture within organizations so that everyone goes home at the end of the day. Her leadership has helped the organization grow from a small office in Calgary to an international presence with an award winning health and safety information management system. Prior to joining EARA Technologies, Monica has held leadership positions serving such as Chief Financial Officer and on numerous Boards as a Director and Treasurer. Monica has her Bachelor of Commerce degree form Athabasca University and is a 4th level CMA.
Mark Winter is a consultant specializing in HSE systems with a focus on cultural and behavioural aspects to achieve organizations HSE goals. Mark’s career spans over 35 years in the petrochemical and oil and gas industry in a variety of roles in management, including HSE systems, major projects, maintenance and most recently as the Operational Excellence Manager for a major oil company focusing on assurance activities in HSE, practices, procedures, auditing and supporting cultural and behaviour improvements to achieve company goals.
