In this 1-day certificate course, instructed by a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, you will learn:

• The fundamentals of 5S
• How to build and launch a 5S program in your workplace
• How to sustain a successful program over time

Each participant will receive a training certificate, 5S Roadmap and flash drive with pre-made templates, checklists, supply lists, audit forms, and more.
