Amandeep Beesla has more than 20 years of experience across various projects from pipelines, winter drilling and open-pit mining to heavy industrial construction and civil road building. A Canadian Occupational Safety Top Woman in Safety, she has worked on international projects as part of a global team and is fluent in English and Punjabi.

A heavy equipment operator and OH&S consultant, Amandeep participated in the BC Centre for Women in the Trades Leaders in Trades program and serves on the BCCWITT Governance Committee. She is also on the executive board of the BC Trades Equity Society.
