Brent Guild

Brent is the Executive General Manager for forestry company OneFortyOne New Zealand based in Whakatū (Nelson).

OneFortyOne is a vertically integrated Trans-Tasman business, that manages both forests and sawmill operations in New Zealand and Australia.

Brent has been associated with forest management for most of his career in both NZ and AU and he is a big supporter of provincial NZ and the primary industries that underpin our local economies.

Brent is fascinated by the growing and changing expectations of wellbeing initiatives at work to cater to changing employee expectations. He is passionate about fostering a work culture that focuses on creating not only ‘better work’ but also ‘better workers’.

Brent is a nominated member of New Zealand’s Business Leaders’ Health and Safety Steering Group.
