Iqbal Brar is the President and Principal Consultant of IQ Safety Solutions, a trusted provider of occupational health and safety consulting services across construction, manufacturing, retail, and non-profit sectors.

With over a decade of experience, Iqbal’s career began on construction sites across Canada before moving into safety leadership roles on billion-dollar infrastructure projects. Prior to founding IQ Safety Solutions, he served as Regional Health and Safety Manager for one of Canada’s largest powerline utility contractors, where he developed safety systems, led investigations, and mentored large teams across all organizational levels.

Today, Iqbal partners with organizations to strengthen their safety programs, enhance performance, and build practical systems that support lasting change. His work is rooted in mentorship at both the frontline and leadership levels, with a focus on innovation, inclusion, and real-world application across diverse industries.
