Jen Mutas

Jen is a dedicated health and safety professional with a strong passion for the crane and hoist industry. Being recognized as a finalist for the Crane & Hoist Canada Top 10 Under 40 (2025) reflects her energy, drive, and commitment to the industry she loves.

In her role as Field OHS Manager with BC Crane Safety, Jen enjoys educating and supporting stakeholders in strengthening and refining their safety programs. Her career spans the Alberta oil sands, general construction safety, and the tower crane rental sector, leading to her current role within a provincial health and safety association. Throughout her journey, Jen has fully embraced working in a traditionally male-dominated industry and is excited about what lies ahead.
