At Freeport Industries, Jessee leads the OSSE Certified safety program while fostering a positive workplace culture through proactive employee relations. As the HR & Safety Manager at BC Tree Fruits, Jessee led the charge in achieving COR certification—becoming the first fruit packing facility in Western Canada to do so. Her leadership resulted in a 50% reduction in recordable injuries.
