Justin Cheung is a Business Administration student at the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University and the Co-founder of Second Savour, a Vancouver-based food upcycling startup. What started with a simple question: "What if food waste could taste good?" It has grown into a fast-growing B.C. snack brand, transforming discarded citrus peels into Citrus Treats by Second Savour. The venture has already launched in retail at Save-On-Foods, all while Justin is still completing his undergraduate degree. He was named to the BCBusiness 30 Under 30 list in 2026, making him one of B.C.'s most promising young entrepreneurs.
