Kamilla Karoli is the Vice President of Operations at the Work Wellness Institute. With a profound belief that "if you build it, they will come" is only part of the equation, she has devoted her career to transforming research into practical applications, which have a positive impact on the Canadian economy. Her commitment to creating space for individuals from diverse backgrounds to understand each other's educational language fosters collaboration and has been instrumental in breaking down barriers to innovation across both STEM and Social Sciences.

Under Kamilla's leadership, the Work Wellness Institute has embarked on workplace initiatives that have been the driving force behind numerous awards. Recognitions such as "Employer of the Year" and accolades for the significant impact the organization has had across Canada stand as testament to her visionary approach. Her efforts have not only enhanced the workplace environment within the Institute but have also influenced broader workplace wellness practices. Kamilla Karoli's achievements in the field are built on her professional and educational  background. She has worked in the knowledge mobilization space for over 15 years and holds a Master's degree in Communications from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia. Kamilla's leadership initiatives have contributed to the Institute's mission of innovation, impact, and change, solidifying her reputation as a leading figure in turning research into practice to the benefit of workplaces across Canada.
