Kathy A. Seabrook, CSP, CFIOSH is a global thought leader in transformational change, EHS, impact management and sustainability, advancing how organizations recognize and integrate people/workforce and environmental value into strategy, risk management and decision-making.

As CEO and Founder of Global Solutions, Inc., Kathy advises organizations across industries and has worked with companies including Google, Pfizer, Nucor Steel, Anheuser-Busch, Reynolds Metals, Dragados, Brambles/CHEP, and Halcrow. She co-founded and co-chairs the Capitals Coalition’s global Human Capital/ People Sustainability initiative, helping elevate workforce health, safety, and wellbeing as drivers of business value.

Her international expert work spans ISO 45001, ISO/PAS 45007, ISO 53001/2, ISO IWA 48 ESG, GRI 403 OHS, the Capitals Coalition,  National Safety Council’s New Value of Safety and Health research, and the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine risk committee. A former ASSP and Center for Safety and Health Sustainability Board Chair, Kathy is co-author of Connecting the Dots: Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (Wiley, 2025).
