Kristen Keighley-Wight

Kristen is the executive director of the BC Center for Women in the Trades, bringing a rich background in issue advocacy, strategic communications, and non-profit management to the team. Her career includes taking on leadership roles in public institutions, private sector businesses, nonprofit organizations and labour unions…with the connecting thread between them being her continued dedication to doing good things, alongside good people, to drive positive social change.

Kristen is passionate about collaboration and community building and has a proven track record of helping drive meaningful and measurable action — with a particular passion for addressing gender-based barriers through an intersectional lens.
