Leigh-Ann’s 28-year safety career includes working with high-risk dynamic industries, such as retail, warehousing, long-haul trucking, mining, municipalities, ski hills, and manufacturing. She has been successful at creating and implementing action-oriented safety strategies for organizations.  In addition to SafeStart and running her business, she is the past Chair for Women in OHS Society (WOHSS) and was recently named as a Top Women in Safety 2025 by COHS magazine.
