With more than 20 years of global experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) across Europe, Asia, and North America, Marina is a firm believer that safety isn’t just about policies—it’s about people. She is passionate about the personalization of safety, ensuring that safety culture is not just implemented but truly lived at every level of an organization. Recognized as the Top Safety Woman of the Year by CSP and a Leader of the WSC (Women in Supply Chain) ERG for Mondelez NA, she brings deep expertise in embedding a culture of care, safety, and wellbeing into overall workplace culture in a way that resonates with individuals.
A proud mother of two sons, Marina is also a strong advocate for normalizing the balance between career and family, proving that leadership and life can go hand in hand. She actively leads health and sustainability initiatives both within her organization and in the community. As a panelist, she looks forward to sharing insights on making safety personal, practical, and impactful.
