Paul Basirian is Manager of Quality and Safety for 2025 JHSC Excellence Award-winning Hansen Industries, a Richmond-based custom precision sheet metal, machine, stamping, and waterjet cutting shop with 150 employees. He also manages quality for Overlanders Manufacturing in Abbotsford.

A Certified Manager of quality/ organization Excellence with many professional designations, Paul is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt. At Hansen Industries, he manages quality and health and safety standards and operations. He came to his role at Hansen Industries with 20+ years of successful experience as a Senior Quality Engineer and Manager in automotive industries.
