Paul Sahota is driven people leader who is able to connect to people from all cultures and pay levels as
smoothly as a hot knife through butter. As the People + Culture Leader for Manufacturing at Daiya
Foods, he works closely with all levels of the organization and ensures everyone feels comfortable to
share their voice. With more than eight years of experience across all facets of manufacturing including
both union and non-union, he has designed and created people focused strategies with an operational
mindset. He is curious about creating change for the better and creates teams where failure is an
