An Occupational Health & Safety professional with 10+ years of experience leading safety programs in complex and highly regulated environments, Richard Cramond specializes in incident investigation, risk assessment, ergonomics, and employee training across multi-trade industrial operations.

His approach is grounded in visibility, trust, and practical leadership—engaging with teams, coaching safe behaviours, and translating regulatory requirements into clear, workable processes.

Richard led K-Line Trailers to their COR certification to the Occupational Safety Standard of Excellence. With extensive experience supporting COR audits, managing claims, chairing safety committees, he improves organizational safety culture through communication, training, and continuous improvement.
