Biography

Sasha obtained her M.Sc. in Audiology from UBC in 2000, and has worked as an audiologist at WorkSafeBC, specializing in noise and hearing loss prevention since then. She is now the Occupational Audiologist in OHS Technical Advisory Services, Prevention Practices Quality and Engineering where she strives to reduce or prevent hearing loss and noise-related health conditions. She also teaches future audiologists at UBC, and is the chair of the Canadian Standards Association’s (CSA) noise and hearing Conservation technical committees.
