His operational skillset includes root cause analysis, maintenance and repair, manufacturing, lean manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma.

An Electrical Engineering Technologist, Wylie began his career at Northern Airborne Technology as an Electrical Technician. Joining AEM in the early days of the company’s inception, he diversified his knowledge of the organization through a range of roles, and today he leads the company's operations and ongoing growth strategy.
