Biography

Will is a passionate and proven Health & Safety Advisor, specializing in Ergonomics and Human Factors. He focuses on delivering practical strategies for implementing ergonomic programs that align workplace demands with the diverse capabilities and needs of frontline teams.

Will holds a BSc in Kinesiology and an MSc in Ergonomics & Human Factors. His academic foundation is complemented by extensive industry experience, including his role as Corporate Ergonomist for PepsiCo North America. There, he led the strategic design and execution of ergonomics programming across a network of more than 300 manufacturing and distribution sites, helping deliver significant reductions in musculoskeletal injury rates. Will also brings first-hand innovation experience, having served as the Lead Ergonomist in the development, testing, and commercial deployment of multi-point sensor systems that digitize ergonomic risk assessments and validate control measures.
