Directions

Conference Venue
Anvil Centre
Address
777 Columbia Street
New Westminster, BC
V3M 1B6
Biking
The scenic 26km BC Parkway is a multi-use path that roughly parallels the Expo SkyTrain Line, connecting Surrey City Centre, New Westminster, South Burnaby, and Vancouver. The BC Parkway passes within a block of Anvil Centre.
Driving
New Westminster is connected to Metro Vancouver’s major highways and arteries via three bridges: the Queensborough Bridge (connecting Highway 91 and the East-West Connector), the Patullo Bridge (connecting Surrey’s King George Boulevard), and the new Port Mann Bridge (connecting Highway 1). If you are arriving by BC Ferries, Highway 17 provides a quick, direct route to New Westminster via the Bridgeview Drive/130 St. or the River Road/Nordel Way exits.
Skytrain
Immediately across from the Anvil Centre on Eighth Street is the New Westminster SkyTrain station. Less than a 30-minute ride from downtown Vancouver, the New Westminster station is serviced by both the Expo and Millennium Lines. From YVR, connect to SkyTrain via the Canada Line at the airport. After a transfer at Waterfront Station, visitors can arrive at Anvil Centre in about 30 minutes.

Reach Anvil Centre from Coquitlam City Centre in just over 30 minutes via the Evergreen Line, transferring to the Millennium Line at Lougheed Town Centre.
Flying
Attendees choosing to fly have the option of Abbotsford International Airport (YXX) or Vancouver International Airport (YVR).
Parking Information

Parking is available onsite at both the Anvil Centre and the Inn at the Quay. Both locations offer EV charging stations for a fee.

Anvil Centre
Anvil Centre has three levels of underground parking with 270 stalls. Parkade access is on Eighth Street.
Hourly Rates
1 hour: $2.75; 5 hours: $7.50; 10 hours: $12.00

Other Parking
Parking is also available at two large nearby parkades. Adjacent to Anvil Centre is the Shops at New West multi-level parkade, located at the corner of Eighth Street and Columbia St. The Front Street Parkade, accessed from Fourth and Sixth Streets and just south of Columbia, offers reasonably priced hourly and daily parking rates.
On-street Parking
