Real Time Risk in the Age of AI is a half-day workshop on how people perceive risk, and what happens to that perception once artificial intelligence does the seeing for us.

It takes an established risk awareness practices and reorients them to understand the impact of computer vision, predictive analytics, process automation and risk dashboards that increasingly work on people's behalf.

Through demonstrations and interactive exercises, learn how human risk perception works and discover how automation changes our perception—and how we react.

  • Understand the new risks created through automation bias and over-reliance on AI tools.
  • Learn to adapt traditional risk models to new environments.
  • Explore the necessary skills to maintain judgment, attention, gut instinct, consequence thinking—and when to stop a job.

This workshop is designed for leaders at all levels: from HSE professionals  and supervisors to executives who approve automated systems. It assumes no technical knowledge of AI.

Walk away with the knowledge and skills to recognise how you and your team interact with AI tools, understand your own risk perceptions, and manage your teams (and your risk) as your organisation adopts new AI systems.
