He has a successful track record of creating value for stakeholders, maintaining high standards of environmental performance, shaping organizational culture, and motivating and mentoring high-performance management teams.

Amit has demonstrated his commitment to workplace health and safety, leading Hansen Industries to COR certification to the Occupational Safety Standard of Excellence. His personal and international professional background give him a profound understanding of cultural gaps and connections, while his strategic and tactical leadership drives excellence in all areas of company operations and supply chain management. Amit has led all aspects of procurement, negotiations, factory operations, production, manufacturing planning, inventory planning and management, demand planning (forecasting), warehousing, and logistics.

A quality professional, Amit has served as Registration Chair (Vancouver Chapter) for ASQ since 2011. He is Lean Bronze Certified and a long-standing member of Engineers & Geoscientists of BC, the Project Management Institute, and SME.

Amit holds a Master of Business Administration from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Bangalore University.
