With a background in safety criteria development and regulatory compliance, and 17 years of experience in production facilities, Chantell provides safety advice and training as a Safety Advisor for the Manufacturing Safety Alliance of BC.

Throughout her career, she has been diligent in ensuring that programs align with regulations while spearheading comprehensive safety initiatives. She has actively led incident investigations, conducted thorough gap analyses, executed routine inspections, and played a pivotal role in onboarding and training new employees. Chantell is committed to enhancing workplace safety through strategic planning and meticulous implementation.
