Paul Taylor is the Vice President of People & Culture at Purdys Chocolatier.

Paul’s career spans several industries, including retail, manufacturing, banking, and other professional services. Since joining Purdys, Taylor has continued to build and implement successful people and culture practices to continue the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.

He holds a Masters's in Business Administration from Arizona State University and a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.

In his spare time, Paul is an avid endurance runner and running coach.
