Rebecca is a Ph.D. Candidate and Researcher at Saint Mary's University with expertise in safety leadership and safety culture. She earned her Master of Science in Applied Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Saint Mary's University in Halifax, Canada, and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in the same field. She has worked in both academic and organizational settings, with most of her work to date centering on occupational health and safety. Rebecca has contributed to several safety-focused projects, concentrating on areas such as safety culture performance indicators, safety leadership, and safety management systems. She is particularly interested in applied research and translating research findings into evidence-based practices.
