Andy McEachern is a recognized leader within the trailer manufacturing industry and has more than 26 years of experience with Peerless, previously working as Engineering Manager and General Manager. As Senior Vice President, Andy currently oversees operations for Peerless. Andy has successfully restructured a once low-performing trailer manufacturing company into a diverse market leading business. His progressive labour policies, commitment to improving health and safety, advancements in product innovation and long-term focus on strategic growth have won awards and recognition throughout BC and Alberta. He is well regarded for turning Peerless around during hard economic times and has also been recognized for his success by the Penticton Economic Development Group and WorksafeBC. Andy holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Carleton University and has completed the Executive Development Program at the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Chicago.
