Paige is a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) and Certified Disabilities Management Professional (CDMP.) She has proven experience as a certified OH&S auditor spanning three provinces, four certifying partners and greater than fifteen years of experience auditing safety management systems for the following industries: manufacturing, oil field, heavy industrial, food production, tourism and the local government sector.
Paige has a diploma in Chemical Technology from SAIT, Occupational Health & Safety from the University of Alberta, and certification in Disability Case Management from the University of Fredericton.
Paige has been working as an occupational health and safety and disability/return to work professional for almost 20 years. Her safety background includes work within several industries including Manufacturing, Heavy Industrial, Fleet Safety, Hazardous Waste Management, Emergency Management and Local Government. Paige is currently working with the City of Courtenay as the Occupational Health & Safety and Return to Work Advisor, and volunteers with the Canadian Society of Safety Engineering and the Comox Valley Emergency Planning Committee on Vancouver Island.
In her role as an external OSEE auditor, Paige enjoys working with companies on their journey towards achieving an Occupational Safety Standard of Excellence, and on continually improving their safety management systems.
