Constitution and Bylaws
As a not-for-profit organization, we comply with the provisions of the BC Society Act. This Act requires the organization to have a constitution and bylaws that set out the rules that govern our activities. This document address many governance issues including membership, committees, elections, meetings and finances.
Voting Member Form
Members of the Alliance have the option of voting at our Annual General Meeting after opting in to claim their voting rights. If you would like participate in the governance of the Alliance, please download, complete and submit the form below.
