5S for a Safer and Happier Workplace

Register for an upcoming workshop:

5S is a cost-effective workplace organization approach that pays large dividends—preventing slips, trips, and falls and supporting employees’ mental health as it helps them work more productively and profitably.

Lean manufacturing reduces waste in production systems for maximum productivity. Businesses that practice lean 5S are clean and organized, making work easier, faster—and safer. Today, 5Sis practiced faithfully by scores of Fortune 500 companies—from Boeing to Caterpillar and beyond.
