Employers, supervisors, and workers all have responsibilities under WorkSafeBC OHS Policies to prevent bullying and harassment in the workplace. Employers are required to ensure a respectful workplace, ensuring that they have policies and procedures in place in their health and safety program to respond to bullying and harassment.

This course is intended to reach a wide audience including frontline workers and non-leadership employees in the manufacturing sector.
This training is structured as an eLearning course using self-paced online components. It is estimated to require 60 minutes to complete the training.
Participants must have access to a laptop/desktop computer or iPad/tablet to access this online course. A good internet or WIFI connection is essential.
Previous health and safety education and/or experience is an asset but not required.
There is a 15-question quiz for this course. Upon successful completion of all course modules and the written assessment, participants will be awarded a Certificate of Completion.
