Mental Health Management for Leaders

Every workplace eventually feels the impact of conflict, stress, depression, burnout. Work may be the cause, but often, it’s a situation in an employee’s home that shows up at work as fatigue, anger, or withdrawal. And all too often, people leaders lack the skills to recognize the symptoms and respond effectively.

In this half-day, instructor-led workshop for people leaders, learn to recognize and overcome the stigma surrounding mental health. Understand the impact of mental health and mental illness on your team and on your own work—and how to respond to a worker in distress.

Take away the knowledge, skills, and tools to recognize when an employee is struggling, respond with empathy, and manage behaviours as you support your team.
