Mental Health Skill Building for Workers is an awareness-level course that provides basic information about mental health at work. It equips workers with tools to respond to co-workers who may be experiencing mental health issues.

This course includes examples of mental health scenarios within manufacturing, and learners will see how to respond with practical strategies.
This course is intended to reach a wide audience including frontline workers and non-leadership employees in the manufacturing sector.
Pre-requisites
Previous health and safety education and/or experience is an asset but not required.
Assessment and Completion
Upon successful completion of all course lessons and quiz, earners will be awarded a Certificate of Completion.
