Surrey City Hall
Surrey City Hall, located at 13450 104 Avenue in North Surrey, is an architectural landmark in City Centre.
It is accompanied by Surrey City Centre Library, the 3 Civic Plaza residential and hotel building, KPU and SFU campuses, and Surrey Civic Plaza – an outdoor civic square that connects City Hall with surrounding amenities.
SkyTrain
If you're taking the SkyTrain to get here, take the Expo Line and stop at Surrey Central.
Bus
If you will be arriving by bus, take any bus to the Surrey Central Bus Loop. Walk north for five minutes on 135 Street, then turn left on 104 Ave.
Driving
The parkade at Surrey City Hall is located under Surrey City Hall and Civic Plaza in the block bounded by 104 Avenue, University Drive, 103 Avenue and City Parkway.
Free two-hour limited parking is available on P1 for visitors to City Hall and City Centre Library during regular hours of operation. Remember to register your vehicle upon arrival. Pay parking remains in effect on P2, P3, after hours and on weekends.
