The purpose of this online course is to provide learners with the tools and strategies to effectively evaluate training outcomes and measure results. Whether designing training programs, assessing performance improvements, or presenting results to stakeholders, this course will help you develop an effective training evaluation strategy.

By the end of this course, the learners should:

Course Length and Format

The eLearning course is structured using self-paced online components including various learning activities in each module. Modules are supported with resources and examples. It is estimated to take 2 hours to complete the training. We recommend completing the course in one sitting, but it does not need to be, as your progress will be tracked throughout.

Participants must have access to a laptop/desktop computer or iPad/tablet to attend the training sessions. A good internet or WIFI connection is essential.

Pre-requisites

Previous health and safety education and/or experience is an asset but not required.

Course Evaluation

There is a written assessment for this course. Upon successful completion of all course modules and the written assessment, learners will be awarded a Certificate of Completion. Learners will need to complete all course elements (Learning Component and Post-course assessment) to be able to download their certificate of completion.
