OHS Regulation Part 10: De-energization and Lockout

B.C. Occupational Health and Safety Regulation Part 10 covers De-energization and Lockout in the workplace.

The general requirement (10.2) states: If the unexpected energization or startup of machinery or equipment or the unexpected release of an energy source could cause injury, the energy source must be isolated and effectively controlled.
