Len has an extensive knowledge of many different processes in a wide range of industries gained through more than 25 years in industry including industrial and automotive parts, manufacturing, and material handling. He began his career in health and safety working for a large lumber supply company for almost a decade before transitioning into a role with WorkSafeBC. Currently, Len holds a CRSP and has completed BCIT’s Occupational Health and Safety program.

He enjoys working with employers and workers to provide education on risks and controls that can be used to mitigate injury.

Originally hailing from Williams Lake, BC, Len now lives in the Okanagan and you can find him boating, enjoying outdoor activities or spending time with his family—a wife, three kids, and five grandchildren.
