Khian has more than 11 years of occupational health and safety experience across manufacturing, food processing, restoration, distribution, and delivery operations. He has led safety programs for organizations ranging from 130 to over 20,000+ employees, managing multi-site operations spanning every major Canadian province and navigating federal, provincial, and municipal regulatory frameworks. His expertise includes safety management system development, regulatory compliance, gap analysis, incident investigation, fleet safety, and working within complex unionized environments.

He has held senior safety leadership roles bringing a rare depth of cross-industry experience built across some of Canada’s largest national organizations. Now serving BC’s manufacturing and food processing sector, his goal is to provide practical, regulation-grounded solutions that close compliance gaps, strengthen safety cultures, and — most importantly — protect workers.
