Rachel Franklin (she/her) is the Executive Director of the Strategic Projects Office in the Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills in the BC Public Service.  Rachel has more than 15 years experience within the provincial government, serving in various roles focused on delivering major government projects and complex policy and legislative development. Rachel has a B.A., M.A., and J.D. from the University of British Columbia. Recent work includes leading the launch of the StrongerBC: Future Ready Action Plan, a bold, transformative plan that will help thousands of people get the skills they need to succeed in the changing economy and help close the skills gap many employers are facing.
