A B.C. native, I have been involved in the occupational health and safety field for more than 30 years.
I started my safety career in 1987 and it has spanned the construction, transportation, government, food processing, manufacturing and consulting sectors in both provincial and federal jurisdictions.
I completed the OHS certificate program at the University of Alberta in 1990, have completed several OHS courses through BCIT and the University of Victoria. I achieved my Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) designation in 2011.
I now operate as an independent safety professional and OSSE auditor since retiring from the Manufacturing Safety Alliance in late 2018.
I am committed to working with employers to develop and maintain their safety management systems and meet the requirements of OSSE certification.
