Jen joined Ty-Crop manufacturing in 2006 and transitioned into a safety-focused role. I assisted with the implementation of the Certificate of Recognition (COR) program in 2011 and became an internal auditor in 2016. Through this role, I’ve worked with several external auditors in our locations, the executive, leadership and employees to maintain compliance and continuous improvement of our Safety Management System(s).
