Ale assists injured workers and employers with their WorkSafeBC claims, from Board-level claim management to appeals at the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal. Ale is comfortable with the intricacies of a WorkSafeBC claim and appeal processes. Ale also practices employment law, handling human rights claims, wrongful dismissals, unpaid wages, and everything in between. She facilitated a program that discussed employment rights, human rights, and systemic discrimination with high school students across the Lower Mainland and in Kamloops. Ale provides straightforward yet down-to-earth workplace advice. Ale enjoys bike rides, walks with her sweet pug, and recently decided to take a shot at boxing.
