André Radsick is a seasoned Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) professional with more than 30 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. He began his career as a chemical plant operator and progressed through increasingly technical and leadership roles, including a decade in product and process design and nine years in a variety of safety-focused positions. This diverse background provides him with a comprehensive, end-to-end understanding of how safe, efficient, and compliant operations are developed, optimized, and sustained.

André is known for strengthening safety culture, enhancing operational standards, and translating complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable practices that teams can readily implement. He holds a Diploma in Environmental Engineering from Germany and a wide range of Canadian safety and auditing certifications, including SafeStart, WHMIS, Psychological Health & Safety Advisor, and Lead Auditor credentials for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. His approach to risk management and continuous improvement is both structured and solutions-oriented.

Known for his engaging communication style, André uses storytelling, contrast scenarios, and memorable analogies to make safety concepts relatable. His work consistently empowers teams, reinforces compliance, and helps organizations build safer, more accountable workplaces.
