Elise Kobylanski is a client services manager and a Registered Nurse with an extensive 25-year background working as a certified occupational health nurse with a focus on disability management in both public and private sectors. She started at WorkSafeBC in 2006. Most recently, she has been working in Employer Return to Work Programs assisting employers throughout the province to improve their return-to-work outcomes by implementing disability management and disability prevention best practices.

Elise has shared her disability management expertise on several occasions for the Canadian Manufacturer’s and Exporters Association, the BC Municipality Safety Association, the Maritime Employers Association, and the Canadian Society of Safety Engineering. Elise is also a certified Psychological Health and Safety advisor for the Canadian Mental Health Association.
