Kyle Dewsnap is a PhD student at UBC in Measurement, Evaluation, and Research Methods. Kyle’s current research focuses on evaluating the assumptions that underly commonly used psychometric models and procedures. As a Research Associate at the Manufacturing Safety Alliance of BC, Kyle brings state-of-the-art research practices and a passion for improving the well-being of others to each our projects.
