Please send us a scalable company logo (in EPS or AI format if possible).

If you are nominated for an individual award (Apex, Soaring Eagle), please send us a print-quality photograph of yourself. 

If you have additional photos or video of your team and business that we may use, please include them. By uploading, you are giving your permission to use them to promote the Awards program and your participation.

You may submit multiple files at a time if you like. When uploading, select all the files you wish to include at once.

Uploaded files can be up to a max of 32MB per file.
