Nominations Open
Nominations for the 2025 Soaring Eagle Leadership Award are open. Please take a moment to nominate an owner or senior executive in a BC organization you would like to receive this award. All nominees will then be contacted for additional information to supplement the nomination. We may also reach out to the nominator for additional information.
All nominations will be reviewed and a short list of finalists determined by an external judging committee. Judges will interview all finalists to determine a winner.

Soaring Eagle – Leadership Award Nomination Form
Eligibility: The owner or senior executive in a BC organization.
Criteria: This award recognizes an executive leader or business owner who demonstrates exemplary and inspiring leadership and a commitment to health and safety.
Self-nominations are not accepted. Others may submit supporting nominations, but the primary nomination must come from someone inside the nominee’s organization.
Include examples of how the nominee demonstrates leadership and advocacy, inside the business and in the broader community.
Organizational health and safety performance may also weigh into the decision. Include a copy of your organization’s WorkSafeBC Employer Report (which you can download from the Employer Health and Safety Planning Tool Kit) with data for at least one year and preferably the past three.
