Nominations Open

Nominations for the 2024 Soaring Eagle Leadership Award are now open. Submit an application and we will reach out to you with a short questionnaire.

All nominations will be reviewed and a short list of finalists determined. Judges will interview all finalists to determine a winner.

Soaring Eagle – Leadership Award nomination form

Please share how the nominee demonstrates an exemplary commitment to health and safety. Please include specific examples.

Eligibility: The owner or senior executive in a BC organization.

Criteria: This award recognizes an executive leader or business owner who demonstrates exemplary and inspiring leadership and a commitment to health and safety.

Self-nominations are not accepted. Others may submit supporting nominations, but the primary nomination must come from someone inside the nominee’s organization.

Include examples of how the nominee demonstrates leadership and advocacy, inside the business and in the broader community.

Organizational health and safety performance may also weigh into the decision. Include a copy of your organization’s WorkSafeBC Employer Report  (which you can download from the Employer Health and Safety Planning Tool Kitwith data for at least one year and preferably the past three.
