Celebrating excellence | The 2021 Pinnacle Awards
Lisa Thibault2021-12-17T10:45:48-08:00On October 17, we hosted eighty members of our award-nominated BC manufacturing and food processing companies at the 2021 virtual Safety Pinnacle Awards. Another 200 people tuned in to watch the awards program in the following weeks.
In a unique online platform, we met to celebrate excellence in workplace health and safety. We had the honour of awarding 12 Pinnacle Awards, four Safety Excellence Awards, the Ben Hume Leadership Award, and two student awards that night. To open the event, we premiered Unseen Heroes, a documentary profiling many of the night’s attendees to tell the behind-the-scenes story of a manufacturing sector that never stopped in the face of the global pandemic.
