OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY RULES

GIVEAWAY INFORMATION: The Safety Community Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by the Manufacturing Safety Alliance of BC, 8465 Harvard Pl #12, Chilliwack, BC V2P 7Z5, Canada (the “Sponsor”). Any eligible person who makes a submission is entered into the Giveaway. You will not be required to make any purchase or provide any other form of consideration in order to enter the giveaway.

ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and must not be an employee of the Manufacturing Safety Alliance of BC, or a member of any such employee’s immediate family (regardless of where they live) or household (whether related to the employee or not). By participating in this Giveaway, entrants acknowledge compliance with, and agree to be bound by, these Giveaway Rules. Entrants who do not comply with any of the Giveaway Rules are subject to disqualification by the Sponsor, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

GIVEAWAY DATES AND TIMES: The Giveaway begins on Monday, June 1, 2026, at 12:00 pm PT and ends on Friday, July 31 at 3:59 pm PT (the “Giveaway End Date”) after which time the Giveaway will be closed and no further entries shall be accepted.

DRAWING: The name of the potential winner will be chosen by a random draw from all eligible entries received online. The draws will be held at 4:30pm PT on:

• June 9 for tickets to the game on June 13 vs. Ottawa BlackJacks  (Entry deadline: June 9 @ 3:00pm PT)
• June 10 for tickets to the game on June 15 vs. Scarborough Shooting Stars  (Entry deadline: June 10 @ 3:00pm PT)
• June 16 for tickets to the game on June 20 vs. Brampton Honey Badgers  (Entry deadline: June 16 @ 3:00pm PT)
• June 30 for tickets to the game on July 5 vs. Calgary Surge  (Entry deadline: June 30 @ 3:00pm PT)
• July 8 for tickets to the game on July 17 vs. Montreal Alliance  (Entry deadline: July 8 @ 3:00pm PT)

Odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received by the Giveaway by the time the closing date for each draw. The selected contestant will be contacted by email and/or direct message. If a selected participant cannot be reached after three (3) attempts or is not in compliance with the giveaway rules, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify such participant from the giveaway and randomly select another participant from the remaining entries until a winner is finally declared.

HOW TO ENTER: To participate in the Giveaway, you may enter via:

• LinkedIn, Facebook, or Instagram (“Social Media”) using #MSABCBandits (the “Giveaway Hashtag”)

Entry by Social Media (via LinkedIn, Facebook, or Instagram):

You must have or create an account to enter using this giveaway entry method. There are no fees associated with the creation of an Instagram account. Once you have created your account:

Share a post using the #MSABCBandits (the “Giveaway Hashtag”) or comment on one of the Giveaway Social Media posts. These posts and comments will be automatically entered into the giveaway.

Each post or comment counts as one entry into the applicable draw. Contestants are encouraged to share posts to gain more entries. There is no limit on the number of Instagram photo posts that can be shared. All entries are applicable to the Prize draw for the giveaway period.

Entry by Email:

Email your photos and/or comments to [email protected] in response to the various giveaway prompts related to safety shared in the eNewsletter.

Post Entry Rules:

Your giveaway entry must: A) be posted directly from your Social Media account during the Giveaway Period and include the designated hashtag #MSABCBandits; B) be related and respond to the safety prompts provided in that week’s Giveaway post.

The Giveaway Sponsor’s right to use giveaway entries: You acknowledge that your giveaway #MSABCBandits post or comment may appear on the Giveaway Sponsor’s Website, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn feed after they are posted on your account and may appear in other electronic and print materials related to the Giveaway, including promotional materials. By using the designated giveaway hashtag, you grant the Giveaway Sponsor the right to use, publish, adapt, edit, dispose of and /or modify such entry and the concepts and waive all your rights in the entry without notice or compensation and agree that you may be required to sign a release to that effect.

Any attempt or suspected attempt to use robotic, automatic, programmed, or otherwise, illicit means to enter the Giveaway, or any other methods not authorized by these Giveaway Rules, for example, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts, identities, or registrations, all in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, shall be deemed as tampering and may disqualify you from entering, participating and/or winning a prize. Entries that contain false or incomplete information are void. Entries that are late, lost, stolen, illegible, contain false information, are damaged, misdirected, mutilated, garbled or incomplete, altered or otherwise irregular or that do not conform with or satisfy any or all of the conditions of the Giveaway Rules are void. By completing an entry, Entrants grant Sponsor a non-exclusive license to use all entries for any purpose. No correspondence will be entered into except with selected entrants. Proof of transmission (screenshots or captures, etc.) does not constitute proof of entry or receipt of an entry.

The giveaway sponsor is not responsible for entries not counted due to privacy settings set by the user.

PRIZES: There will be a minimum of five (5) prizes awarded before July 17, 2026. Retail value of each prize is $240. (Actual value may differ at time of prize award.) Anything else (other than what has been specified above) is the responsibility of the winner. Prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution.

Each prize consists of four (4) premium tickets (approximate retail value is $240 CAD) to a Vancouver Bandits Home Game located in Langley, BC. All seats will be in Section G, Row 3.

Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, provincial, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the “Winner”. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Manufacturing Safety Alliance of BC to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. The Selected Entrant (as defined below) is responsible for all travel, accommodation, parking and any other expenses associated with using the Prize.

By completing an Entry, each Selected Entrant assumes, on their own behalf and on behalf of each individual who uses the prize with the Selected Entrant, any and all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by entering, participating in this promotion or use or redemption of the Prize. Prizes or any portion thereof cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions or special offers.

Limit

Confirmed winners can only win one (1) prize per person per account during the Giveaway Period.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received before the Giveaway Draw Dates.

SKILL TESTING QUESTION: Selected Entrants will be required, as a condition to winning a Prize, to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, the Sponsor’s time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question to be administered via e-mail.

RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION: By entering the Giveaway, each contestant agrees to abide by these giveaway rules. Each contestant releases the Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents and advertising and promotional agencies, from any damage, loss or liability suffered as a result of or arising from the entrant’s participation in the giveaway or the use of any prize.

OTHER CONDITIONS: The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or amend this Giveaway at any time and in any way, without prior notice. Without limiting the foregoing, if, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as originally planned for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Giveaway and conduct a random draw from all previously received eligible entries received by the Giveaway End Date.

Publicity and entrant information: By participating in the Giveaway, entrants consent to the use of their name, address, postal code, telephone number, social media handles, comments and image, whether on videotape, photograph or any other means, for the administration of this Giveaway or any publicity carried out by the Sponsor, without further notice or compensation. Entrants also consent to the use of their name, address, postal code, telephone/cell number, and/or social media handles to receive promotional communications from the Sponsor.

Law: The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable Canadian federal, provincial, territorial, municipal and local laws. This Giveaway shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, including all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Giveaway Rules, rights and obligations between entrants and the Sponsor, and procedural provisions, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be adjudicated by a single arbitrator chosen by the Sponsor, who shall conduct a final and binding arbitration in the city of Vancouver, province of British Columbia, where the unsuccessful party shall bear the entire cost of the arbitration.

Rule amendments: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend or modify these Giveaway Rules, or modify, cancel or suspend this Giveaway, without prior notice for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation in the event that any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor corrupts, or threatens to corrupt, the security or proper administration of the Giveaway.

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source codes, images, drawings, illustrations, slogans and representations are owned by the Sponsor, and used with their permission. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted material or other intellectual property without the express written consent of the Sponsor is strictly prohibited. The Sponsor’s marketing or other partners, if any, shall also have access to and rights to reproduce, copy or otherwise use any materials generated by this Giveaway or any submissions or materials generated by entrants.

Social Media: This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated, with LinkedIn, Facebook, or Instagram.
